1. Scope of Services
Today Media offers:
* Website Design & Development
* Web Hosting & Domain Registration

All services are tailored per client’s requirements and documented in individual proposals.
2. Engagement Process
* Discovery call or brief collection
* Formal quotation or proposal
* Signed approval or digital confirmation
* 70% advance payment before initiation
* Work begins post content & login credential submission
* Weekly progress updates via email/WhatsApp
3. Project Timeline & Deadlines
* Estimated timeline will be discussed and documented.
* Timelines may change due to:
* Client delays in content or approvals
* Scope changes or additional revisions
* Unforeseen technical challenges
* Urgent/express delivery is subject to extra charges.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
* Provide all necessary content (text, images, videos) in a timely manner.
* Respond to queries/approvals within 48 hours to avoid delays.
* Review and test the website/app/deliverables before launch.
* Maintain a backup of their own content and passwords.
5. Revisions & Edits
* 2 rounds of free revisions are allowed.
* Additional revisions are billed at an hourly rate or package add-on.
* Revision requests must be made within 7 days of receiving deliverables.
6. Payment Policy
* 70% advance; 30% on final approval before live deployment or handover.
* Monthly or retainer services (SEO, SMM) are paid fully in advance.
* Late payments attract a 10% late fee after 7 days.
* GST and other taxes are additional unless included.
7. Refund, Cancellation & Non-Completion
* No refund once the work has started or resources have been allocated.
* Projects cancelled mid-way will be charged for completed work.
* No refund on digital services like SEO, Ads, Domain or Hosting.
* Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days after final review.
8. Ownership & Licensing
* Final deliverables are owned by the client after full payment.
* Today Media reserves the right to reuse frameworks or non-unique assets.
* Use of third-party libraries, stock media, or plugins will be licensed as per vendor rules.
* Source files are delivered only on request and may involve extra charges.
9. Domain Registration, Renewal & Transfer
#9.1 Registration
* Today Media can purchase and manage domains for the client.
#9.2 Charges
* Yearly domain renewal: as per registrar rate + ₹1500 handling fee
* Domain transfer to another registrar or account: ₹3,000/domain
#9.3 Post-Transfer Policy
After domain or website transfer:
* Today Media is not responsible for:
* Hosting or domain renewals
* DNS or email configurations
* Data or SEO ranking loss
* SSL certificate expiration
* Website errors or hacking
* Client must assign new management responsibility.
10. Hosting Policy
* Hosting is provided as a value-added service.
* Server-related issues may be handled by third-party hosting providers.
* Hosting renewals must be paid at least 7 days in advance.
* Hosting support covers only technical maintenance, not content changes.
11. Security & Maintenance
* Free bug-fixes for 30 days after website/app launch.
* Security, backups, and updates are the client’s responsibility unless on a maintenance plan.
* Today Media is not liable for:
* Malware/virus attacks
* Plugin incompatibility after updates
* Content deleted due to unauthorized access
12. Digital Marketing Terms
* SEO results are subject to Google algorithm changes and client cooperation.
* Ad campaign results depend on budget, competition, and platform policies.
* Monthly reports will be shared based on agreed KPIs.
* Delayed payment leads to suspension of campaigns.
13. Portfolio Usage
* Today Media may showcase completed work (websites, logos, graphics) in its portfolio.
* If a client wishes not to be featured, a written request must be made before project start.
14. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality
* Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive information, credentials, and strategies.
* NDA available on request.
15. Third-Party Tools & Services
* Today Media may use third-party tools, themes, APIs, plugins, or AI systems.
* Licensing, performance, and long-term compatibility are subject to the third party’s terms.
16. Termination of Agreement
* This agreement may be terminated by either party with 15-day notice.
* All dues must be cleared prior to final handover.
* Any advance paid is non-refundable after work begins.
17. Client Communication Policy
* Preferred communication via email and WhatsApp.
* Support hours: Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
* Emergency support is chargeable outside regular hours.
18. Limitation of Liability
* Today Media is not liable for:
* Business loss
* Data breaches caused by third parties
* Legal issues arising from client-provided content
* Any indirect or consequential damages
19. Force Majeure
Today Media shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, political unrest, etc.).
20. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Ahmedabad, Gujarat courts.

No physical or digital signature is required to validate this agreement once the project has commenced or any billed amount has been accepted by the client.
By accepting a quotation, invoice, or making any part or full payment to Today Media, the client expressly acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined by Today Media.
Acceptance may be expressed through:
Written or verbal confirmation,
Email approval,
Signature on any project document, OR
Payment against an invoice (partial or full).
No separate signed agreement is necessary for the enforcement of these terms, as mutual consent is deemed to be established upon engagement or payment.
Clients are responsible for reviewing these terms before proceeding with any payment or approval.

Security of website account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your website account and web site, for all appropriate activities that occur or actions taken under the account and website. So, You agree to immediately inform us in writing of any unauthorized uses of the account or any other security breaches. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage from your failure in security obligation.

How to join?
To join our white label program you should activate your white label account by paying Rs. 12000 and have to make one Business Website for Rs 10000.
The website recharge amount will be Rs 15000.
Each Business website cost you for Rs.2500, that amount will be deducted from your Recharge amount. For Eg. your Recharge amount is 15000
Each E com Business website cost you for Rs.5000, that amount will be deducted from your Recharge amount. For Eg. your Recharge amount is 15000
A) You made one business website for your client. Now Recharge balance will be Rs.12500. business website cost is Rs.2500.
B) if you make an ecommerce website for your client, it cost you Rs. 5000 only. Now the available balance in your recharge account is Rs. 9000.
Once you use the complete Rs.15000 from your account, you need to recharge again with a minimum of Rs 5000.
Make the websites, sell those for your own price.
Payment
You may agree to do the payment before hosting your website. We only charge for website activation. Live services are accessed by you after the activation. payment details are send to you when you are ready for activating your website.
If you are selecting packages for hiring a professional for designing website from abc.com . you can do the payment according to our best quotation and there is no much bargain policy related to website designing. We give you best services and support.
At the end of contract terms of your website we will send notification to you so that you can pay preferred amount for website renewal and use without any termination.
Payment Delay Clause:
As per the company policy, client should support of paying committed amount before completion of the project development (Website or Mobile App). If in case of delaying payment of more than two weeks after the committed time period, Client should agree to pay 50% extra on the balance payment. Services should be suspended immediately.
